Chairman's Report

Dear Shareholders,

I am delighted to report another profitable year for AusGroup, despite the challenging issues faced by our industry.

Since our last report, revenue has grown by 35% from AUD$281 million to AUD$379 million. This was supported by the securing of several major contracts during the year, which saw an increase in our order book of 69% to AUD$296 million.
