Dear Shareholders,

Though a relatively young company, AusGroup has succeeded in building up its track records and order book to a healthy level. We have also made the strategic acquisition of Cactus Engineering which will increase our capabilities and service offerings and expand our customer base, thereby positioning the company well for future growth and expansion.

Certainly, our achievements and excellent growth in the past year would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of our dedicated staff and management led by Mr Stuart Kenny.
